Adding controls to an eaForm

Adding a control to an eaForm takes 2 steps:

 

1.Adding the control - with the basic control specific information
2.Editing the control attributes, if required, to modify some of the control options which can include colour, fonts as well as modifying any initial values that may have been entered when creating the control.

 

Using the eaForms Builder the designer can also modify the graphical aspects of the control e.g. location and size plus groups operations which also include alignment and sizing of groups of control to provide the visual design required - see Selected control operations

 

As far as possible, the controls placed on the FormBuilder are identical to those at run time, however for some controls this has not been practical and they are represented with placeholders.
