By selecting the Size Controls menu option you can select how to size objects.
Note the reference point is set by the Last selected control.
To deselect controls simply click on the form with the LeftMouseButton

In addition, to using the mouse once selected the following keyboard commands are available for fine operations:
| • | Control + right arrow - increase width of selected controls a pixel at a time |
| • | Control + left arrow - decrease width of selected controls a pixel at a time |
| • | Control + up arrow - increase height of selected controls a pixel at a time |
| • | Control + down arrow - decrease height of selected controls a pixel at a time |
